I have led AI teams inside a family office, automated a commercial insurance agency, and built AI applications for private-equity shops. Across about 100 projects at Bace Agency, most engagements free up 20 to 30 hours a week, with 95% client retention over three-plus years.
I am based in Lake Forest and work across Chicago and the North Shore. I have spoken on AI for professional services at Northwestern University and Lake Forest College.
